Form 4 insider trading reports processed with the SEC today disclosed 776 filings. There were 757 insiders involved in these filings, reflecting activity in 271 companies. Within this insider activity were 106 transactions which individually represented over $1 million in market value. There were 24 companies with aggregated total market value transactions that exceeded the high value threshold and within these companies were 58 individual insiders with transactions that were greater than $1 million.

The S&P 500 index saw 266 individuals from 74 companies reporting insider trades. This level of activity was markedly below the average for the month and discernibly lower than that of preceding week. Insiders with high value transactions numbered 10, who traded 365,793 shares, having a market value of approximately $52,177,764, involved 7 companies, and came from discretionary sales of 332,461 shares.
